Starting off with the EP title track Image, Ohmtrix opens things up with some lush elements before he dumps you in to some great skippy drums and bulldozer bass. Solid stuff that sets thing up nicely for the rest of the EP. Myriad comes in with a meaty punchy vibe and when it comes in on the first drop, it really comes to life. A true roller of a track layered up with a fantastic blend of bass and percussion. There is already a vibe developing now as we move to Tearing Me Down. A great vocal hook leads to things dropping into a busy and engaging combination of moving bass and rhythms that is carried on the percussion. All Alone closes things with a vocal sample that we will all recognize before everything jumps into life. This one has a hint of Summer going on for sure. The hook that comes from the plucky little synth is a great touch as everything rolls along with the bass keeping it on track.
